This policy applies to products purchased on shop.ivoraai.io. We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If something is wrong, we will help you return or replace it.
1. Return window
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
2. Products eligible for return or replacement
- Damaged or defective products (for example torn pages, printing errors or broken parts).
- Wrong product delivered.
- Missing items in a kit or combo.
Because books, flashcards and stationery can be copied or used, we do not accept returns for change of mind on products that have been opened or used.
3. How to request a return
- Email support@ivoraai.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID.
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video if available.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and arrange a pickup where the courier service is available. If pickup is not available, we will share the return address and reimburse reasonable courier charges for approved returns.
4. Condition of returned products
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all items, cards and accessories included.
5. Replacement or refund
After we receive and check the product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy if a replacement is not available.
