This policy explains how IVORA Shop (shop.ivoraai.io) ships and delivers orders within India.
1. Delivery area
We currently deliver only within India. Delivery to a few remote PIN codes may not be available; if your PIN code is not serviceable, we will inform you and cancel the order.
2. Shipping charges

There is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery.
3. Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delays can happen because of weather, strikes, festivals or courier issues. We will keep you informed by email.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the courier name and tracking number.
5. Delivery attempts
The courier will usually make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, it will be returned to us. Prepaid orders returned this way will be refunded after deducting the shipping charges.
6. Damaged parcels
If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours at support@ivoraai.com.
