By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Orders for minors must be placed by a parent or guardian.
2. Products and pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shown on the cart and checkout pages before you place the order.
- We try to show product details and images accurately. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur.
- We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. The price at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive an order ID after checkout. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we detect a pricing error or suspicious activity. If you have already paid online for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded.
4. Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD): pay in cash or by UPI to the delivery partner when the order is delivered.
- Online payments: when available, online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
5. Shipping, cancellations and returns
Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our products, including text, designs, logos and images, belongs to IVORAAI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Our products are learning aids. Results depend on each learner's practice and effort, and we do not guarantee any particular exam score, job or result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
